What is your position at Ferguson Plarre and how big is your team: 
We are the owners of the Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse at Stud Park, it’s a family owned business, and our team consists of our 2 kids and 10 other staff members.

What are the most popular products this time of year:
When Easter is around the corner we sell a lot of Hot Cross Buns. On offer are 3 different flavours as well as introducing a new vegan friendly flavour this year. They are all delicious! Ferguson Plarre is well known for their sweets and cakes, and most certainly their tasty pies. 


What is your favourite Ferguson Plarre product:
We can't go past a really good coffee and the Stud Park crew are known for their amazing service and their amazing coffee, they were awarded Best Coffee Makers in 2019. So if you haven’t tried the Ferguson Plarre coffee make sure you come and give it a try.


What do you like about working at Ferguson Plarre:
Definately the team environment, and the fact that we are all one big family that works together, as well as having the friendly customer interactions everyday.

Do you have a favourite customer moment:
We love the encouragement from our customers. We have a few loyal customers who are aware of all the hard work we put in and they show their appreciation by buying us flowers.


What makes Ferguson Plarre at Stud Park a great part of the Rowville community: 
We regularly run fundraisers in the store. Recently we raised approximately $1000 for the Canteen Cancer Council to help those in need. During the recent bushfires we have fundraised money for the Rowville fire station as well as giving any firefighter that visits the store free coffee and donuts.
