Stud Park open for essentials

Stage 4 Restrictions
Stud Park is closely monitoring COVID-19 and the advice of state and national health authorities in relation to infectious diseases.

The Victorian Government announced that Stage 4 Restrictions will be introduced from 11.59pm on Wednesday 5 August 2020.

We will remain open for essential services including food and groceries, pharmacies and medical clinics. Please click here for a full list of retailers who will remain open.

Some retailers will also be permitted to operate contactless ‘click and collect’ and delivery services with strict safety protocols in place. We can confirm that Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and Rowville Library will be offering this service.

Note: Only one person per household can leave home to get necessary goods and services and only once a day (this means you can’t do multiple shopping trips in a day). You should limit the time you spend away from home. If you are unable to leave home because it would mean leaving a young child or at-risk person at home unattended then they may accompany you.

Curfew
The Victorian Government has announced a curfew is now in place for metropolitan Melbourne. Curfews will be in operation from 8pm to 5am every evening. People are only allowed to leave their house for work and essential health, care or safety reasons. Stud Park will close between 8pm-5am in line with this restriction. Please click here for individual retailer opening hours.

Face Coverings
Please remember, if you do need to visit the shopping centre for essential services, in line with advice from the Victorian Chief Health Officer and the Victorian Government, you must always wear a face covering that covers their mouth and nose whilst inside the shopping centre. This applies to all visitors over the age of 12 years old.

There will be some reasons for residents of metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire not to wear a face covering, including:

  • medical reasons
  • if you’re under the age of 12
  • professional reasons
  • if it's not practical, for example running. You will still need to carry a face covering at all times to wear before and after exercise

The health and safety of everyone visiting and working at our centres is our primary focus, as we continue to create a safe and welcoming experience.

We will continue to support our community, customers and retailers whilst we collectively navigate through this difficult time. We encourage everyone to stay safe and support each other.

We encourage our tenants and customers to monitor and follow the Victorian Government advice to ensure you receive the latest information, alerts and answers to frequently asked questions.
